Origin is the country where a coffee is grown and each origin has distinct flavour characteristics influenced by the specific growing conditions of the region.
Colombia Pescador
From the farms encircling a small town called Pescador in the South West of Cauca. Clean and Bright with citrus notes and some milk chocolate.
Guatemala Acatenango
Raisins, spice and a dry cocoa finish.
Brasil Santa Alina
A natural coffee from the Mogiana region. Soft and sweet with medium body and a chocolate finish.
Sumatra Mandheling
Raisins, spice and a dry cocoa finish. Big body.
Blending is the culinary art of combining two or more bean origins to achieve a more complex flavour length and finish. A blend is best for true caffe espresso and also suits other brewing methods.
Decaf
A medium to dark roast. A blend of different origins according to supply availability and quality. All of our decaffeinated coffee is water processed to achieve excellent flavour, balance, body and acidity.
