Perfect Cup Class

This very popular evening class is a hands-on introduction to the fundamentals of espresso preparation at home. Espresso preparation is a skill that requires a depth of understanding and is learnt through training and practice. Designed for maximum participation, there are only four people to a class. In two hours you will cover:

• Coffee selection, freshness and storage
• Dosing and tamping technique
• Extraction volumes and time
• Grind adjustment
• Milk steaming, and pouring espresso drinks.
