We source all of our coffees through direct trade relationships with coffee farmers, millers and exporters, to be sure we have great tasting coffees, and that we know where and who these come from.
We have always concentrated on flavour from selecting our green beans, to choosing the roasting method, and profile. It's all about providing the best tasting, freshly roasted coffee for cafe owners and coffee lovers.
Our coffee is roasted daily here on Redchurch Street, and delivered to our customers throughout the UK.
