A little about Allpress:
We are a team of espresso specialists, roasting and serving beautiful coffee in New Zealand, Australia, UK, Japan and Singapore. We are looking for someone who is proactive and resilient with a hunger for winning new business to join our Allpress Sales team and grow the Allpress (and Underground Coffee where applicable) brands throughout Wellington and the surrounding regions.

We started, quite literally, underground. From the dark and mysterious depths of a Cashmere basement, a pure passion for coffee and the finest roasting processes helped light the way for the efforts to come. Our Wellington Business Development Manager will be someone who thrives on getting out there and looking for opportunities where others might not. You’ll be someone who considers a role in sales a lifestyle rather than a job. You will understand that we work with the best operators that align with our brand and ethos.

The role of sales at Allpress is more than just selling, we are looking for a clever, commercially minded person who will help our customers succeed by providing expert advice and support them in building a successful business.

To be successful in this role, our ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience in delivering exceptional customer service. You will be highly motivated with the ability to prioritise and handle moving targets.

A traditional Sales capability and mindset will be an advantage in this role, as well as having a passion for coffee, coffee culture and the hospitality industry.

This is a full-time, remote and permanent position (40 hours per week.) Days of work are Monday to Friday.

A full, clean driving licence is a requirement, as well as the ability to travel regionally when required.
